The Whole List

Settled in Advance

Money, routes, warranty, brands — answered the way the county prefers: once, plainly, in writing.

What exactly does the from-figure include?

Every task our own hands perform — the drive out, the instrumented reading, the labor through to a tested finish — as one number, posted before you dial. Hardware is its own matter: shelf price, own line, your signature before fitting.

What does the $92 figure buy?

The complete reading plus a written verdict, for whenever you'd rather not proceed — any reason, no salesmanship. Keeping that exit honest is deliberate policy: no recommendation here needs to sell anything to pay for the trip.

How do the routes handle such a spread-out county?

Planned routes — the north loop through Ferndale and Blaine, the Guide to Lynden, the valley road, the foothills run — each drawn so the miles ride inside the schedule. Routine work lands inside the week; cold emergencies skip the planning entirely.

Do you charge for the drive to the far corners?

Never have. A ticket from Semiahmoo or Maple Falls reads identically to one from a street behind the shop — the routing absorbs the distance, not the customer.

What happens when a component must be ordered?

Visit one wraps with the paperwork signed — fault, component, figure — and the follow-up installs the piece with zero additional labor billed. Around a third of the trade works to that rhythm, priced in from the start.

Do repairs carry a warranty?

Every completed job does: component and workmanship both, in print on the ticket. Should the same fault resurface inside the term, the van returns free — the promise lives on paper, not in memory.

Can I try something myself before calling?

By all means try the harmless checks — the breaker, the filter, the lint screen, a door shut firmly, the kitchen tap run hot before a dishwasher starts. Beyond those, these appliances combine line voltage, fuel and sealed refrigerant, and parts bought on a guess usually outspend a proper reading.

Do you sell replacement machines or haul old ones?

Neither, on purpose — a shop that sells no machines can retire them honestly. When one is finished you get told directly, with a pointer toward what tolerates this county's damp, and the old unit ends up disconnected and staged for whoever delivers its successor.

Booked Plainly, Kept Punctually

Phone gets a person on weekdays; the form works whenever the farm day ends. Either way you receive a real window, and the van arrives loaded against what you told us.

Put It on the Route List

A few plain facts about the machine — the callback comes with a window you can hold the day around.

Every from-figure on this site carries the trip, the diagnosis and the labor as one number. A component, when the machine truly needs one, prints separately and waits for your signature. Want only the verdict? $92 flat closes the visit.

Question not on the list?

A person answers weekdays; overnight, the form saves your spot on the route.
